A trip and group therapy

A unique approach: integrated travel and therapy
PARTONS ENSEMBLE is a non-profit association (law of 1901) whose mission is to bring together travelers in search of meaning, connection and renewal through cooperative, solidarity, ecotourism and therapeutic trips.
It is aimed at adults in personal, professional or life transition - often weakened by stress, loneliness or burnout - who wish to discover the world differently: not as tourists, but as actors in an inner and collective journey.
The association promotes:
- participatory travel (preparation and shared decisions);
- local solidarity (collaboration with Thai social or ecological initiatives);
- respect for living things (sustainable accommodation, sobriety, local food);
- and psycho-corporal well-being (meditation, creative expression, life stories, mindful hikes, etc.).
😉Let's Go Together is neither:
- nor an organized trip (but rather a scripted trip)
- nor group therapy (but an opportunity for everyone to understand how they relate to others)
- nor a yoga and wellness retreat (but rather the opportunity to adopt healthy lifestyle habits)
- nor an anti-burnout stay (but a great way to restore your energy capital)
- nor an emotional intelligence course or training in non-violent communication
- nor a dating club, a balneotherapy treatment,
...but a little bit of all of that at once!
In a hurried world, saturated with images and standardized itineraries, LET'S GO TOGETHER offers another path: that of conscious travel, where we set out not to escape, but to connect — to ourselves, to others, and to the Earth.
Our ambition: to create the first French-speaking community of supportive and therapeutic travelers, bringing together adults in search of meaning and well-being around collective stays in exceptional places, with high human and ecological value. The first experimental trip will take place in December 2025 on the coast of the Gulf of Thailand.
The Hero's Journey:
an inner adventure
to be reborn
Inspired by the work of Joseph Campbell and adapted by Robert Dilts and Stephen Gilligan, The Hero's Journey is much more than a mythological tale: it is a universal model of personal transformation. It describes the three-part journey of an individual who, faced with a challenge or crisis, sets out to discover themselves and returns transformed.
1. The Departure: You leave your daily life, your habits, sometimes your fears, to respond to an inner call – that of rebuilding yourself, of finding meaning and vitality.
2. Initiation: In an unknown land, you face challenges, but also encounters and practices that reveal your hidden resources. This is the heart of the journey: therapy, spiritual exercises, group sharing, immersion in an inspiring culture. While traveling, the successive stages, the small difficulties that must be overcome here and there are all opportunities to practice spiritual exercises on the ground.
3. The Return: You return home with a new vision of yourself, a clarified life plan, and concrete tools to maintain your mental and physical balance.
Why this model for your stay in Thailand?
This therapeutic journey is designed as an initiatory adventure: one to three months to extract yourself from your environment, reconnect with your deepest aspirations, and move towards a more fulfilling life. By combining group therapy, daily spiritual practices, and discovery of a culture full of wisdom, you can enjoy an immersive experience that is both restorative and transformative. Thailand, with its soothing landscapes and tradition of well-being, offers the ideal setting for this inner journey. You will not be a tourist, but a pilgrim, in search of rebirth.
And you, what hero do you want to become?
